Privacy

This page explains what A2L Crosswalk collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. The short version: we collect what we need to give you access and run the product, we don’t sell it, and we don’t use it for advertising profiles.

What we collect

• From your purchase (sent by Hotmart): your email, name, order code, product and amount paid. We never receive your card details.
• While you use the Service: the model numbers you look up (to show your recent lookups and to learn which equipment people need) and which course lessons you completed.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and the page that sent you here, used for security, abuse prevention and to know which ad or link brought a purchase.

Cookies

We use two first-party cookies: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a visitor cookie that connects a purchase to the link or ad you arrived from. There are no third-party advertising cookies on this site.

Who processes it for us

Hotmart (payments), Resend (sending your access and account emails) and our hosting provider. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists and afterwards as long as needed for tax, accounting and dispute purposes. Lookup and lesson history are deleted when your account is deleted.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by writing to the address that sent your access email. We answer within 30 days. Purchase records we are required to keep are retained even after deletion. Residents of states with privacy laws (such as California) have these same rights, and we won’t treat you differently for using them.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and tell customers by email.
